Danielle Doctor

Danielle Doctor is an artist and a certified K-12 art educator.  She is originally from Florida, where she spent about 7 years teaching visual arts in public middle and high school settings. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Art Education from University of North Florida and an MFA degree in Visual Arts from Jacksonville University.

Studying art in formal settings since she was 11 has allowed her to master a wide variety of materials, traditional and digital.  Painting has always been her favorite way to create.  Most of her early work was created with acrylics while her most recent body of work is made with water-mixable oil paints.  She has exhibited work in several group shows along the east coast since 2010 and her first solo show was held at Radford University spring of 2026.

Danielle is very excited to share her knowledge and love of visual arts to Allegro students.
