Visual Art
This fall, we are offering private and partner art lessons
for students ages 6-12!

Art lessons are a great way for students to express their ideas in a safe environment built to promote self-confidence and kindness.
Through discussions about aesthetics, artistic intent, and visual language throughout history, students will be encouraged to develop an understanding of their own visual preferences while respecting the artistic choices of others. These conversations are vital to the arts, as they help fuel imagination for creative problem-solving and foster a sense of belonging among students.

Students will participate in hands-on projects and activities during their 30 or 60 minute lessons. Some art projects may need to dry and be picked up at a later time.

All high-quality art supplies are included!
Art teacher Danielle Doctor has 12 years of
teaching experience and is certified to teach art K-12.
She is also a professional artist with a Master's of Fine Arts
degree in Visual Arts. Though she is currently building
a portfolio of water-mixable oil paintings, she has
mastered a wide range of drawing and painting materials.
She is excited to share her knowledge and
love of art with the next generation of artists.
