Rachel Gawinski

Rachel Gawinski has served as a collaborative pianist at the University of Lynchburg since 2019, working closely with student musicians, choirs, and vocal ensembles. Her extensive performance background includes collaborations with Randolph College, Liberty University, the Minnesota Ballet, and the Arrowhead Chorale, reflecting a rich and diverse musical career. She is also an active member of her church’s worship team.

Growing up in Minnesota, Rachel was raised in a musically vibrant household—her mother was a leading professional piano teacher in the region. Inspired by this environment, Rachel began teaching piano at the age of 16. Today, she continues to nurture emerging talent through Allegro Music School, where she is dedicated to helping students grow artistically and personally through musical expression.

Rachel and her husband, Barry, are proud parents of three daughters who are entering adulthood with grace and purpose, and who continue to be a daily source of inspiration.
